California Ballet School |
"Founded in 1968, the California Ballet School is among the largest professionally staffed schools of dance on the West Coast. Their faculty have impressive performance backgrounds and have danced with many of the most prestigious companies in the country, including New York City Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. Many of the School's graduates have gone on to professional careers in dance with companies nationwide."

Lyric Opera San Diego |
"Lyric Opera San Diego has been bringing accessible, affordable opera and musical theatre productions to San Diego since 1979. The company proudly performs operas and musicals from the European and American tradition, in English, presenting the finest young musical talent available with full orchestra and chorus accompaniment. All regular shows are staged with chorus and orchestra. Performances are at the newly restored, historic Stephen and Mary Birch North Park Theatre at University Avenue and 29th Street in North Park." |
