The Governance Team discusses issues and makes recommendations to the School Site Council related to raising student achievement at SCPA. The Governance Team consists of members, elected for two year terms, representing teachers, classified staff, students, parents, and community members. The remaining Governance Team meeting dates are, 12/15/08, 1/20/09, 2/23/09, 3/16/09, 4/23/09, and 5/11/09 at 2:l5 p.m. in the school library. All staff, parents/guardians, and community members are invited to attend meetings.
The members on the 2008-2009 Governance Team are:
- Staff Members: Mitzi Lizárraga, Roxanne Hatfield, Scott Graham, Georgia Moore, Julia Roberts, Jackie Whiteley, Lisa Hayes, Rebecca Logan, Ron Lencioni, and Katrina Frontiero.
- Parents/Community Members: Kim Reagan (newly elected), Barbara Sanchez (newly elected), Ruby Wilson, Nannie Osawa, and Candy Todash (newly elected).
- Students: Taatianna Vanreed, Micah Foster, and Monique Garcia (New Associated Student Body officers).
