The video program at SDSCPA imparts valuable skills to students about the many aspects of television production. Video 1-2 students learn camera basics and composition.  In addition Apple’s Final Cut software is taught to all students as an adherence to the industry standard.  Students gain the knowledge and ability to transform an idea into a professional video—from planning, storyboarding, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and finally meeting the deadline with a finished and polished product.

Our K-Arts students also provide services outside of SDSCPA as videographers for events such as parties and performances.

Our website will soon have information on DVD sales for the Music Concerts, Dance Productions and Martin Luther King performance.

The show is the work of the ROP Multimedia and the video production classes taught by Mr. Tamayo in room 303.
